If it is, it was hanging out with the pigeons :-) The picture was not taken anywhere close to a sea/ocean.

V & F I will admit it publicly: I LIKE PIGEONS. I know many city dwellers con't because of bird poo, and when I was a city dweller I got pooed too, but these are one of the FEW creatures that enliven the city with life! And they eat roaches, which are the other major city creature-dweller. Given my choice, I'll go with the birds!!! NICELY controlled shot, Nicola! And a particularly lovely pigeon!
